koktk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Membership and use of koktk is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. koktk reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

It is a condition of your use of the Platform that online gaming is not prohibited in your country or jurisdiction of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use koktk. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful. koktk accepts no liability for any use of the Platform that is contrary to applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Each player may hold only one registered account on koktk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. koktk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify koktk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must ensure your registered contact details remain accurate and up to date.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account whether or not authorised by you.

koktk accepts deposits exclusively via approved mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refused and returned, and repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension and investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account used for deposits, subject to identity verification. koktk reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours and may take up to 24 hours to complete during periods of high volume. koktk does not charge withdrawal fees, however your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction fees.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The following general bonus conditions apply:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name only.

Players must not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise harmful to the integrity of koktk or other players on the Platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots) to play games, or engage in money laundering through the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

koktk also prohibits players from sharing accounts, transferring funds between player accounts, and using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Depositing funds into a koktk account without the genuine intention of using those funds for gaming — for example, as a mechanism for processing payments — is considered a violation of these Terms and will be investigated accordingly.

All content on the koktk platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and the overall site design — is the property of koktk or its licensed content providers. The following intellectual property restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any koktk content without prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software powering the Platform.
• The koktk brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

koktk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koktk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or any other system fault that results in a game outcome being recorded or displayed incorrectly, koktk reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the staked amount to the player's account. koktk's liability in such cases shall not exceed the amount originally wagered on the affected round.

koktk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The following key data practices apply:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and improving Platform services.
• koktk will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data transmissions between your device and koktk servers are protected by SSL encryption.

koktk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false or misleading registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, underage gambling, chargebacks, or use of the Platform in a manner that adversely affects other players or the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, koktk reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account within the standard processing period.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. In the event of any dispute arising between you and koktk, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. koktk will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties may seek resolution through arbitration.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all respects. Any translation provided is for convenience only and creates no legally binding obligations beyond those established in the English text.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity of any one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
